Returns

The majority of items available from Effortlessly Eclectic are one of a kind and handmade with love and passion. Some pieces have been created with upcycled found treasures. Any subtle imperfections add to the unique hand made character of the piece.

If you have any questions about an item you are interested in, please address them to info@effortlesslyeclectic.com so that you can be sure about your purchase before placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation of the order is not possible.

Please open and inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.

If there has been a problem with the order you have received from Effortlessly Eclectic, please contact info@effortlesslyeclectic.com within 48 hours of the shipment delivery date so that the issue can be properly addressed.

Hopefully you adore your purchases. However, if desired, returns for all eligible items may be made within 10 days of the shipment delivery date. To make a return, first contact info@effortlesslyeclectic.com with your return request. Provide your order number, the names of the product you are returning, and the reason you wish to return them. Once your return request has been received and approved, you will be provided with return instructions as well as the address to ship your returns to. All returned items must be returned in original condition and carefully packaged in their original packaging. Returns must be shipped with a trackable method (such as Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail) and packages must be fully insured. Effortlessly Eclectic is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. Once you have shipped your items for return, please send the tracking number for your return package to info@effortlesslyeclectic.com.

Approved refunds are credited back to you in the original form of payment after your return has been received in original condition. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. Please note that customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
